Summary: This flat could not be better located. We were right in the middle of everything and walked absolutely everywhere. Flat is spacious with lots of light. Listing photos are accurate. New windows block any street noise from below and open fully to allow a breeze into the space. There are air conditioners but we didn’t need to use them. Washing machine came in very useful. The negatives: be prepared for three flights of stairs as others have mentioned. The hot water for the shower is very finicky and it took a lot of trial and error to get a constant temperature. Water pressure in bathroom is not great, but ok in kitchen. One bed is super comfy, but the other is extremely hard. All in all, we had a great stay and really recommend the location of this flat.
